"Midwife" means "with woman". With Woman Jewelry is one Vermont Midwife's transition from 30 years of baby-catching to contributing to the health, education and financial security of women and families through financial and craft contributions. In the process, I strive to create unique, affordable and interesting jewelry for you while exercising my own passion for coppersmithing and color.
I make most of my jewelry from copper and semi-precious stones and found items. I hammer it, fold it, torch it, flame-paint it, antique it with acids, love it and wear it proudly and joyfully. Like women, copper is flexible, complex and gorgeous. We come alive with challenge and fire...each experience and outcome unique.
With Woman Jewelry is available at 2 stores and several Artisan Fairs in New England throughout the year.

My copper and stone products include flame-painted and antiqued bangles, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, collars, mirrors, rings, barrettes, bookmarks and business card/cell phone holders, mirrors and whatever else strikes my fancy.
All Craft Sales and Storefront sales contribute a significant % to those fundraisers and small businesses. I usually conduct a small fundraiser at my booths plus donating items for auctions and contributing to various local women's shelters and food shelves and international organizations from my bottom line. The safety pin project is one example.
